Who We Are
Bluepillar is the e-commerce infrastructure arm of Elevateo Co., registered in England and Wales. Elevateo Co. is the data controller for bluepillar.co. If you have questions about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us via our contact page at bluepillar.co/contact.
Information We Collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries — you have actively initiated contact and have a reasonable expectation that we will use your details to reply. This information is delivered to our team via email (Resend) and is not stored in any database. We do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or require registration on bluepillar.co. Providing your contact details is entirely voluntary; if you choose not to, we will simply be unable to respond to your enquiry.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain contact enquiry emails for up to 24 months from the date of your initial message, or until the enquiry is fully resolved with no reasonable prospect of further correspondence — whichever is sooner. If you request deletion before that point, we will action it within one month.
Cookies
bluepillar.co does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics services. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and display a cookie consent banner before any tracking begins. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Third-Party Services and International Transfers
We use Resend (Resend Inc., USA) to deliver contact form submissions via email, and Vercel Inc. (USA) to host this website. Both companies are certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the UK-US Data Bridge), which provides an adequacy determination under Article 45 UK GDPR. Neither service receives personal data beyond what is necessary for their respective functions. No other third parties receive your personal data.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances; restrict our processing of your data; and receive your data in a portable format (the right of portability, Article 20). Since we do not store your data in a database, any personal data we hold exists only in our email inbox. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via bluepillar.co/contact. We will respond within one month.
Right to Object
Because we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal data at any time. If you object, we will stop processing your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. To object, contact us via bluepillar.co/contact.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how we handle your personal data, we would prefer to resolve them directly — please contact us first via bluepillar.co/contact. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues. ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. Tel: 0303 123 1113. Website: ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
